Responsibilities
- Communicate electronically or in person with users to identify and document technical issues.
- Refer to user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and resolve problems.
- Provide advice, training, and support to users to address their technical difficulties.
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference by other technical support analysts.
- Offer support for business systems, networks, and the Internet based on identified user needs.
