Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users facing computer difficulties
  • Research and implement solutions using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources
  • Offer advice and training to users regarding identified issues
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference by technical support analysts
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related difficulties
