Position: Cook
Employer: Grab and Go Indian Kitchen
Location: 6179 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls, ON, L2G 1T4

Salary:

  • $35.50 per hour
  • 40 hours per week

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations

Credentials & Specialization:

  • Certificates: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Cuisine Specialties: Szechuan, East Indian, West Indian, Vegetarian
