- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Overview

Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and similar events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Develop and implement office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Establish and maintain manual and digital filing systems
