Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and team members, helping resolve IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of systems and software. This role will allow you to develop hands-on skills in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operation
• Document IT support activities and solutions for future reference
• Assist in setting up and configuring workstations and other IT equipment
• Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
• Stay current with technology trends to improve service delivery
