Responsibilities
- Provide support to users facing computer difficulties
- Research and implement solutions using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources
- Offer advice and training to users regarding identified issues
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference by technical support analysts
- Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related difficulties
