Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers and teams to facilitate effective communication, monitor progress, and ensure the smooth execution of all project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, ensuring timelines are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and update project documentation regularly.
  • Support the project team by organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage project reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, ensuring team members have the tools and support they need to complete tasks.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and assist in managing costs.
  • Support risk management by identifying potential issues and assisting in the development of mitigation plans.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and assist with project documentation, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Jira.
  • Familiarity with project documentation and report generation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is an asset.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\\\’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role (preferred).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required.
