Restaurant Supervisor Position

- Salary: $28.50 per hour
- Hours: 35 hours per week

Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop methods to ensure work schedules are met
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities related to food preparation and portioning
- Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety standards
- Ensure food and service adhere to quality control standards
- Handle customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit reports
- Oversee and inspect tray assembly
- Create and manage staff schedules
Supervision:
- Oversee 1 to 2 staff members
