Overview:
- Languages: English
- Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
- Use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to manage and balance various accounts
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
- Prepare trial balance and financial statements
- Post journal entries and prepare financial and statistical reports
